Special Olympics Tennessee is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization that is not funded by government agencies. Funding comes from individuals, organizations, corporate sponsorships, special events and grants. SOTN strives to meet its goal to ensure that more than 70% of funds are used for program delivery for the athletes. All contributions to Special Olympics Tennessee are tax deductible.

There are many ways to help Special Olympics Tennessee as an individual, a group or corporation. They include making a direct tax-deductible monetary or in-kind contribution, creating or supporting special events and planned giving initiatives.
