State Summer Games


2012 State Summer Games:
The 2012 State Summer Games will be held May 18th and 19th in Nashville, TN.  Over 2500 athletes, coaches, volunteeers, and family members will attend the two day event.  Athletes will compete in eight sports (Aquatics, Athletics, Bocce, Unified Bocce, Powerlifting, Tennis, Volleyball, Unified Volleyball). 

Opening Ceremonies:
Opening Ceremonies will be held Friday, May 18th at Lipscomb University's Allen Arena.  This event will start at 6:45pm and begin with the parade of athletes.  This event is open and free to the public. 

Competition:
 Competition schedules vary by sport.   All competitions will take place at Vanderbilt University and Centennial Sportsplex. 2012 schedules will be released in late March.
