It was a blazing hot day at Lipscomb University for the Music City Corporate Challenge presented by LifePoint Health hosted by Camp Gladiator. The teams in attendance were Aegis Sciences Corporation, Alliance Bernstein, Asurion, Currax Pharmaceuticals, First Horizon Bank, Lee Company, Nashville Predators, Tennessee Titans, TrustCore and UBS. The event started at 6 PM and ran until 8 PM. At the event, the ten teams were split into two divisions. In each division, the teams competed for a gold, silver and bronze medal.
At the event, the teams competed in three separate fitness challenges and their times were averaged to determine the winners. The first challenge was a sprinting contest where the teams competed in a variety of different sprints. The second challenge was a combination of sprinting and burpees. And the third challenge was a bag tossing competition. Camp Gladiator’s team did a great job setting up and hosting the event. The trainers made things clear and helped encourage the competitors and time the different challenges.
In division two, Aegis Sciences Corporation came in third place, TrustCore came in second place and the Nashville Predators came in first place to win the gold. In division one, Alliance Bernstein came in third place, Lee Company came in second place and taking it all was UBS. In the end, medals were given out to the teams of the winning participants and a group photo was taken as well.
