Sport Volunteer
Sport Volunteers range from coaches and assistant coaches to Unified partners who play on the same team as Special Olympics athletes. Sports officials and competition directors, who oversee event competition, also help us ensure the best play possible.
Event Volunteers
Dedicated one-day event volunteers serve in a variety of roles to ensure events run successfully and smoothly.
Area Volunteer Leadership
Each of our Area programs provide sports training and competition throughout the year for the athletes in their community. Leadership volunteers are needed to serve on Area councils and make Special Olympics happen from behind the scenes.
