Music City Blitz Event Information


WHERE: Nissan Stadium - 1 Titans Way, Nashville, TN 37213

DATE: Sunday, March 17, 2024

REGISTER YOUR TEAM: Team captains must register their team online. Each team must raise a minimum of $1,500 to be confirmed for the event. There are a limited amount of team slots available. Your spot will be held after your team raises its first $100 online. All future correspondence will be sent to the team captain via e-mail. Team captains are responsible for monitoring their team page. Rosters may include a maximum of 15 players per team, and at least four players must be present to start each game. Players can only be a part of one team.

REGISTRATION/CHECK-IN: 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 am or 1 hour before your first game. Each player must come to check-in and sign a wavier, get their food voucher, receive incentive prizes and receive a stamp to enter restricted field areas (locker room, Titans Tunnel, field of play).

TIME: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (game times will vary per division)

OPENING CEREMONIES: All teams must report to the home tunnel by 9:00 to line up for Opening Ceremonies which begins at 9:30 am. Teams and players will be introduced through the stadium PA system, shown on the Jumbotron and run through the Titans Home Tunnel and Gameday Swords and smoke. You don't want to miss this!

PARKING: FREE parking is included and will be available in Lot R & T; Lot J for accessibility parking needs. Parking Map

ENTRANCE: Players will enter the stadium at the East Stadium Club entrance (to the right of Gate 1). All spectators will enter through Gate 1.

BAG CHECK: All bags will be checked upon entering the stadium. No alcohol, firearms, or weapons will be allowed inside the stadium.

CONCESSIONS: Concessions will be available and each player will receive a $10 voucher.

MERCHANDISE: Music City Blitz & Special Olympics Tennessee merchandise will be available from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

SPECTATORS: The event is open to the public and spectators are welcomed and encouraged. Admission is free. Spectators will need to scan a QR code for entry. QR code will be posted outside the gate if needed.

AWARDS: Medals will be awarded to the Champion & Finalist of each Division. The medal ceremony AND Top Fundraising Presentations will be held on the field.

TITANS TEAM STORE: The Titans Team Store will be open with entrance access outside of the stadium by the East Concourse adjacent to Gate 1.

WEATHER POLICY: The Titan's grounds crew will determine if we can play on the field. If we are unable to play, we will notify you via email with further details.
