Christina Aldridge from Lee Company recently competed in the 2024 Music City Corporate Challenge presented by Lifepoint Health at SandBar Nashville. Her team's volleyball efforts earned them a bronze medal in our Division 1 bracket.

Aldridge, the Executive Assistant to senior leadership of FM2 and business development, has been with Lee Company for 10 years and is no stranger to Corporate Challenge, having participated since before the COVID-19 pandemic. Reflecting on her experiences, she recalls, “I’ve done it every year we’ve had it since before COVID. I still remember when we still did tug-of-war outside."

Aldridge’s enthusiasm for these events was evident when recounting playing volleyball with her coworkers.

“It's the absolute best experience, I love it," said Aldridge. "I always want to come out here every year. We have such a great time, and it’s such a good group of people,"

"Supporting an organization like Special Olympics feels amazing, and I love that we can be involved in stuff like this,” said Aldridge. “Anytime we can come out, we want to.”

Aldridge believes these events play a crucial role in company culture.

"I think it really brings us together and creates a little more synergy with our teams," said Alridge. "It's really cool because we have people from each different business unit, so it’s really cool to see everybody come together that doesn’t necessarily see everyone every day."
