NashPOURt, Nashville’s Newest Brewery Passport, Benefits Special Olympics Tennessee

NASHVILLE, TN, June 15, 2022 - NashPOURt, Nashville’s newest brewery passport, recently announced its official launch date, June 18th. NashPOURt was created and implemented by a group of Special Olympics Tennessee (SOTN) development committee members to raise funds for SOTN and create local awareness for the organization. Nashville and Middle Tennessee is home to over 35 breweries and distilleries. There is a close-knit craft beer industry and dedicated community that resides here. Buy your NashPOURt now.

Jennifer D’Annunzio, Development Manager for Special Olympics Tennessee said, “we saw the value in educating a new audience on SOTN and our mission while engaging the Nashville community and new partnerships with an exciting concept.” SOTN serves 18,000+ athletes statewide. Not only do they offer sports and competition, but SOTN offers their athletes health screenings, fitness training, leadership training, and Young Athlete programming at no cost to the athletes or their families. All NashPOURt proceeds benefit SOTN.

The 2022 NashPOURt offers special deals to 17 local breweries, distilleries and eateries. Some of their partners include Bearded Iris Brewing Company, Fat Bottom Brewing, 6th & Peabody (YeeHaw Brewing and Ole Smoky Distillery), and Common Law Brewing Company, among many other locally loved establishments.

Brad Eldridge-Smith, owner of Common Law Brewing Company, said, “When we found out about the NashPOURt program, we jumped at the chance to participate. Special Olympics Tennessee does so much for our state, and our ownership group has several personal ties to the program. We've hosted a fundraising event for them in the past, and we are excited about a new opportunity to raise some funds and support their mission”.

The NashPOURt committee will be hosting a launch party on June 18th from 4-8pm CT at New Heights Brewing Company. There will be a food truck, music, and giveaways throughout the event. Stop by for a good time and to show your support for SOTN and the NashPOURt.

NashPOURts are available June 13th-17th for preorder on their website and will officially launch on June 18th. NashPOURts will be available for purchase online and at partner locations. To purchase a NashPOURt or learn more, visit bit.ly/nashpourt2022.
