Volunteer Information for Summer Games

Thank you for your commitment to volunteering at Special Olympics Tennessee's Summer Games presented by Rockit Apples! The 1000+ athletes and coaches who attend this event are so grateful for the support of the event volunteers who make Summer Games possible. We couldn't do it without you!

Volunteer Check-in is located at two different locations.

Bocce and Olympic Town volunteers should check in at the Upper Volunteer Check in indicated on the map (A).
Track (including Track, Softball Throw, Mini Jav) volunteers should check in at the Lower Volunteer Check in indicated on the map (B).
Swimming, tennis, powerlifting and awards volunteers should report directly to their venue as instructed in your volunteer email or by your venue leader (see respective locations on map).
